Tulip Garden Farm House is a private farm available for Guests for their private functions and family gatherings. The Farm House offers complete privacy for the Guests as it is available on exclusive basis for one family or group of families. The Farm House is an ideal place for families intending for a memorable outdoor vacation away from public places. The Farm House is also suitable for hosting small parties for birthdays, post marriage functions etc

The Farm House can accommodate a maximum of 40 members during the day stay and 20 members during the night stay.

Rooms:  The Farm House has two Bed Rooms with attached toilets, one common room, one kitchen, one verandah and one common toilet.

Refrigeration facility is available and the Toilets are fitted with Geysers for Hot Water.

Adequate Chairs are available for sitting and eating. Power back up enables 24/7 electricity.

Good Internet connectivity in the area

Beds are available in the Bed Rooms along with Cushions, bed sheets, pillows, blankets etc

Kitchen: The Farm House has one exclusive Kitchen for Grand Cooking. All utensils and crockery items catering to 40 members are made available.

Swimming Pool: The Farm House offers a family pool with a maximum depth of 5 ½ feet. A maximum of 10 – 15 persons can enjoy the pool at a time. The pool offers a complete privacy for ladies. The pool has inbuilt lighting for the night swim.

Kids Pool: The Farm House offers a Kids pool with a maximum dept of 2 ½ feet. A maximum 5 – 10 children can be accommodated in the pool.

Sand Pit: The Farm House has sand pit containing beach-soft sand inside and is primarily meant for infants, toddlers, and younger kids to play in.

Kids Play Area: Our outdoor kids play has recreational equipment such as Jungle Gym, Slide and Swing set. This area is specifically designed for children to have fun and stretch themselves on a holiday vacation.

Lush Green Lawn: The Farm House offers an outdoor lush green lawn to relax, enjoy food, group chat, outdoor playing and unwind in the open skies and fresh air.

The Terrace: Terrace area is ideal for enjoying the lush green agricultural fields, blooming flowers, singing of birds, rainbow during winter, calm night sky. Dinner with the family & friends will be enjoyed on the terrace with beautiful pool view and mild lighting.

Bonfire pit: The Farm House has a bon fire pit which is a great gathering place to share warmth and swap stories with family and friends and stretch out the evening by the flickering firelight.  The Pit is an ideal place for outdoor sit out, barbeque and enjoy the food and drinks.

Parking: Parking for 3 vehicles is available inside the compound.

Please Note:

  1. Alcohol is strictly prohibited in the farm house area
  2. Entering into the agriculture area is allowed on special request
  3. Plucking of flowers or damaging the trees and lawns are strictly prohibited
  4. Customers are liable to compensate for any damage to furniture, electrical or mechanical items, kitchen utensils or any other property including trees and lawns of the farm house
  5. While management has taken adequate safety precautions for the inmates during the course of their stay, the customers are solely responsible for the safety and well being of their loved ones including children, women and elders. The management and owners are in no way responsible.
  6. Once the booking is accepted, it is assumed that you have read and agreed to the above terms and conditions.

Pool Rules:

  1. The maximum height of the pool is 5 ½ feet
  2. Swimming costumes are not provided, customers have to make their own arrangement.
  3. No life guard on duty. All persons using the pool do so at their own risk.
  4. Only persons well trained in swimming are allowed in the pool. If any person not trained in swimming are allowed on their own risk and the owners and employees of the Tulip Garden Farm House are not responsible for their safety.
  5. Please shower before entering the pool.
  6. No glass or alcoholic beverages in pool area is allowed
  7. No pets allowed in the pool area
  8. Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult.

Cancellation Policy:  Welcome: Thank you for choosing to book with the Tulip Garden Farm House. We look forward to welcoming you to one of the most sought after farm house in Moinabad. When you make this booking you are entering an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking.

Cancellation:  Once you have made a booking, this agreement is a legal contract and any deposit you may have paid is non refundable. For cancellation made after failing to take up the booking without cancellation you will be liable for the total amount.

Damages and breakages:  Please take care with your stay, you are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause at the accommodation or its breakages but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good.

Liability:  We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
